The Breathe business club™ is a group of practice owners (who may be at any stage in their career) who are serious about moving their practice to the next level. They recognise the benefit of meeting together, in a peer-group environment, where they can focus and accelerate their progress

The Breathe business club™ is a forum for sharing contemporary ideas and solutions to meet the demands of running a successful practice. The group concentrates on 4 key areas of advanced business planning:

  2. The Sales Accelerator™
    How to increase and maintain the flow of qualified new patients and high-value treatment plan sales
  3. The Team Accelerator™
    How to build the ultimate ability team around yourself – freeing you to develop your best skills
  4. The Systems Accelerator™
    A turn-key package of operational systems and brand standards that have been proven in the marketplace

The focus of the Breathe business club™ is 4 quarterly meetings, facilitated jointly by Chris Barrow and Simon Hocken. These meetings take place over 2 days and are limited to a maximum of 15 practice owners (and their partners) at each of six locations (Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and London).

In between the meetings, Chris and Simon regularly coach the participants one to one, helping them to implement ideas and solutions. The coaching is re-enforced using email reporting, and problems and ideas are shared in an on-line forum.

Participants also have first access to toolkits, protocols, systems and content delivered, as it is produced, by the Breathe team.
