Breathe Practicals are topical workshop training days for principals, practice managers and their teams, held at your practice and tailored to your specific requirements on particular aspects of running a successful practice.

These days are designed to help principals and their teams focus their resources, learn some new skills, get re-motivated and go back to work refreshed with lots of new ideas to implement.

Whilst Breathe Practicals are bespoke, current favourite topics include:

  • “Can’t Sell, Won’t Sell”: how everyone on the team can make a difference. We will take you through the keys to success to ensure that you have the right conversations to create the right sales to the right patients
  • “The Dream Team”: how to belong to the high performing team and never have a bad day at the office again
  • “The Perfect Front Desk”: learn strategies for managing those all-important first impressions. We will share with you how to develop systems and processes for running your front desk operation, how to gain patient commitment and its importance to your business and how to increase staff confidence and enable great communication internally and to your patients
