As a business coaching and consulting company specialising in helping dentists successfully grow their practices, The Breathe Team is a group of skilled, accredited coaches. Our coaches bring experience and expertise from a range of key business disciplines, all of which are vital to running a successful business.
We have, ourselves, set up and run successful dental practices, and have worked with over 750 UK dental practices and small businesses, supporting them in achieving business success. This includes setting up in business from scratch, completely restructuring practices, developing and achieving ambitious expansion plans, and working on exit strategies.
Being innovative and at the cutting-edge of the business of dentistry are key principles of Breathe Business and we recognise that it is important to our clients that we understand the marketplace (both in terms of the wider business climate, as well as the dental profession). We believe that Breathe Business leads the way in terms of developing and communicating new ideas in the business of dentistry, and sharing our expertise and ideas with our clients.
